Schwachsinn. Nicht die SIM Karte wird geortet sondern die IMEI inkl. IMSI wird trianguliert woraus sich Ortsinformation ergeben -kann-. 1.) Triangulation kannst du in Ballungsgebieten "Judenghettos" nahezu vergessen. 2.) Dumbphones sind defintiv schlechter zu infiltrieren als jedes billige Androidi Smartphone. Btw. gibt es eine "Neuauflage" der beliebten Nokias mit double SIM und schöner VGA Kamera ohne GPSModul für unter 20€ je nach Land.
