    Finde sogar nasal merkst die gerade gut. Wobei ich oral oft was vermisse. Die Schicht muss durch auflösen bzw. ablösen der Schicht durch Mischung mit Speichel im Mund lösbar und hinterher abgerieben oder einfach abgerubbelt werden. Anschließend einfach klein machen und ziehen. Am besten so klein es geht, aber das gilt für alles, was man nasal konsumiert.
