This can definitely vary very strongly so you're def. not safe just because its a kiosk but they got so much traffic i guess it's hard to follow who gave what. Always check for cams of course. I heard police is going nuts right now with using massive amounts of cams to create surveilance of a newer level, i don't know much Fürther tho. You could give it to some random dealer but he may get back to you later but big cities should make this rather anonymous. But of course this is risky. I saw a rather small bakery chain run my bill through a scanner so i guess most buisnesses today have this stuff. "Spätis" will prolly work at first but theyll have cams capturing you giving the bill so... But i guess if you're creative and don't rush it you can do IT without getting caught.
