I am looking for an experienced Media Buyer / Performance

Agency to set up and manage TikTok Ad campaigns.

Important: I do NOT own or manage a public TikTok account. We will be using Unlisted Content / Dark Ads / Custom Identity Ads that point directly to our Shop/Blog.

Scope of Work:

• Creative Sourcing & Recycling: Sourcing/editing UGC videos or recycling existing Al/blog assets into hook-heavy video ads.
• Campaign Setup & Targeting: Audience segmentation, multi-angle A/B testing (hooks, angles, CTAs).
• Ad Delivery: Running ads as unlisted/dark ads with landing page/blog redirection.
• Data & Adjustments: Continuous optimization based on
  CTR, CPC, and conversion rates (UTM/Pixel tracking).

Budget & Compensation:

• Fixed Fee for initial setup & first test creatives.
• Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) for ongoing maintenance & adjustments.
• Revenue Share / Performance Bonus via UTM tracking (open to discussion).
• Payment strictly in Crypto (USDC/UST preferred).
