BAT.man - Convert EXE to BAT - Free Ready to Use Program & C++ Source Code

BAT.man is a tool that converts your .EXE program into a .BAT file. It uses a custom base64 function to write the bytes data of the original program into the .bat file. It uses a unique method for 'certutil' to convert the base64 data back into binary form, in runtime.
