Step 1 Non vbv card (fullz) Step 2 VPN or Proxy Match your IP address with the cc holder. Check the anonymous score on whoer.net or proxy6.net. Step 3 Create account 1. Go to binance.com or use the binance app. Click on create account. The first thing they will ask you is, which country do you live? Make sure you choose the same country of the cc holder. 3. Step 4 Verify account When your account is created, you will need to verify your account. If you cant see the verify button in the homepage, then you must click on the profile first. For this you need to create a anti-phishing code and conform it with Google authentication or SMS Step 7 Add card Now your account is verified and secured. We can start now to add your non vbv card to your Binance account. Go to profile, click on add payment method and select debit card. Now add a new card and match the fullz with your non vbv card. Click on next and confirm. Step 8 Buy your favorite Your non vbv card is now added. Buy your BTC or other favorite cryptocurrencies.
