Reship
Bestellvorgang muss aufgenommen werden und wenn das Paket ankommt muss ein ungeschnittenes Video vom droppen, öffnen und wiegen gemacht werden sonst ist ein Reship nicht möglich. Ein Reship ist nur möglich wenn du die nötigen Videobeweise hast und der Fehler ohne Zweifel unser Verschulden ist.
Nachdem das Paket an den Versanddienstleister übergeben wurde ist unsere Arbeit getan und Haftung vorbei. Für Fehler, die DHL während des Versands verursacht wird keine Haftung übernommen.

Reship
To qualify for a reship you have to make a video of the order process and if the parcel arrives you have to make a uncutted video of the arrival, opening and weighing. A reship is only possible if you have the videoproofs and the mistake was surely caused by us.
After we handed over the order to the shipping service our liability is over. For mistakes DHL causes on the shipping route we are not liable for. Orders shipped to DHL Packstation are on own risk. If you send a wrong drop adress, if a parcel get routed to a postoffice or if a packstation is full we are not liable.
