Ich habe mit dem Kunde geklärt. Er bekommt Replace. Ab nächste Woche neuer Packer da. Wird besser ab nächste Woche.

Ja der Packer hat ein Fehler gemacht. Der hat letzte Woche schon 2 Sachen verwechselt. Ich muss den auswechseln. Ich schick es dir. Wenn bei anderen Kunden bei einer Bestellung etwas fehlt schreibt mir persönlich ich schick das fehlende nach.

@ Praetor Ich hab die erstmal raus aus Menü. Ich werde es prüfen. Wenn es Fakes sind bekommen die Kunden Replace. Es haben schon viele Kunden Oxys bekommen. Können mehr Kunden ihre Einschätzung teilen?

Bei den Paketen von Ende letzter Woche gab es bei wenigen ein Problem. Und sie sind auf angekündigt stehen geblieben. Ich habe den Kunden bei denen das Problem zutrifft gesagt dass ich nochmal versende am Dienstag. Also morgen abend sollte bei euch eine neue Sendungsnummer sein bei der eingelegt in Packatation steht.
