What we cover:
🛒 Marketplaces and retailers — Amazon, AliExpress, Temu, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Shein, Zalando, Samsung, Apple, Dyson, Lenovo, Logitech, and any other platform. Our commission for electronics ranges from 12% to 25%.
🍔 Food and delivery — Wolt, Glovo, Bolt Food, Uber Eats, McDonald's, KFC, supermarkets, and restaurants. Our commission for food ranges from 12% to 20%, with occasional promotional rates as low as 5%.
💻 Electronics — Laptops, PCs, graphics cards, monitors, smartphones, tablets, cameras, consoles, headphones, keyboards, and home appliances. We’ve even helped clients secure refunds for entire custom-built computers.
👕 Clothing and luxury goods — Nike, Adidas, The North Face, Ralph Lauren, Gucci, designer jewelry, jackets, footwear, and accessories.
🏨 Services and bookings — Hotels, car rentals, flight tickets, and taxi services.
How we work:
We process everything using our own accounts, which are "warmed up" daily via proprietary software. This ensures that refunds are processed cleanly and reliably, even for large transaction amounts. We operate globally across all types of services—if a service isn't on our list, we can still handle it.
Amounts and timeframes:
We have successfully processed refunds ranging from a few hundred dollars up to $8,000 per order. In some cases, funds are returned in as little as 10 minutes; in others, it may take longer—but we always deliver results.
Commission:
Between 12% and 25%, depending on the service. For food orders, the commission is between 10% and 20%. Occasionally, we run promotions where the commission drops to 5% — we always announce these separately.
Important:
We cannot guarantee that every single order will go through, but we are always transparent about whether a specific service is supported or not. If we take on a request, we see it through to the end.
