I think both exist. Some buy system bricks from south american countries and some mix it by themselve in germany. And yes system bricks exist. Many people in Telegram sell system bricks.

You can sell drugs online or offline or creating Bankaccounts, Packstationaccounts and sell them.

I had problems shipping from China to DHL Packstation in Germany some years ago. The guy had to pick it up in a post shop. And dont ship DHL Express to Packstation. Only few compartments of a Packstation are reserved for Express shipments and the other compartments are for normal shipment.
