Enter your temporary addresses, select persistence paths, and hit "Build Executable". The compiled clipper (and its Uninstall.exe) will appear in this same universal_builder.dist folder. Requirements: Windows (All necessary dependencies are included in the folder). Quick Start: Just rename the exe, check the first 3 boxes, enter your addresses, hit "Build Executable", and wait a bit.
