zhangbao Posted October 19, 2025 Posted October 19, 2025 Hello, dear users. I am registered on more than 40 different forums in various languages, 20 of which are CIS-speaking. And I noticed an interesting trend that neither English-language nor German forums have a deposit system, as is widespread in the CIS. Quote My first proposal. Deposit system. This is a simple but incredibly important part of the forum, in my opinion. After all, I have a deposit on the forum, and the amount that your potential buyers see - you not only gain status and greater trust from your customers, but also provide both the forum and customers with incredible security, creating conditions for them in which they will not worry about whether you are a fraudster or not, whether you will deceive them or not, and whether they need to use guarantee services or not. The system can be either optional or mandatory for certain areas. For example, if you are a young exchanger and want to post your topic on the forum, you are required to make a deposit of at least €5,000. Or if you are an exchanger with verified topics or many years of service, your deposit will be only €1,000. This could also apply to the Fillers scene, as I think it would be incredibly convenient for them, and in this regard, they would not have to constantly deposit their money with the Guarantor and waste their time so that another demanding client would later write, “Oh, sorry, bro, the VIC got away.” I hope you understand what I mean. How it should work: I am creating a topic. The topic is being reviewed by the forum's AMS and/or a security deposit is being suggested to avoid a potential exit scam by TS. An insurance deposit is paid in a specified amount and is kept by the forum administration. This deposit becomes visible. It is located directly below the likes and credits on the forum. [Optional]: After making a deposit, the administrator manually adds the prefix “Deposit” to the topic; it cannot be removed or added by yourself. Prefix: Deposit (in violet color): A deposit of €1,000 has been made. Prefix: Deposit+ (in green color): A deposit of €10,000 has been made. Prefix: Deposit++ (in red color): A deposit of €30,000 has been made. More details: This prefix is assigned to all work topics. It is removed if the deposit has been withdrawn. For security reasons, deposits are not withdrawn immediately to avoid potential scams. The person writes that they want to withdraw their deposit, and only after 14 days does the money arrive in their account, provided that no complaints have been made against them. Otherwise, the period is extended for another 14 days, after the complaint has been resolved. All this is necessary so that if TS refuses to pay compensation to the victim in the Complaint and its guilt is confirmed, the buyer will not suffer any losses, as the amount will be deducted from the defendant's deposit. Attention! This is purely individual, but I would suggest that if the defendant refuses to pay the victim, the amount is withdrawn from the deposit and paid to the victim, while the defendant is blocked on the forum, and the remaining amount is transferred to a “savings account” in case there are other victims. This is all done for the safety of users, the number of whom is unknown, as it is unclear how many may have been deceived. After all, not everyone knows that he is registered on this particular forum. He could have deceived others as well. Example of how the deposit is displayed in the profile: Example of the prefix “Deposit” in topics: Quote My second proposal. A system for verifying sellers. No, I don't mean verification by passport or anything like that. It's much simpler than that. Today, I encountered a review of my services from @ Morpheus As it turned out, there was a slight misunderstanding, but I'm glad it happened and we sorted everything out! Here's the thing. You can introduce a new status on the forum, as well as a new prefix, which is awarded exclusively by the forum moderators after checking your topic. This may not be necessary for some areas. But for others, such as physical rendering and printing of documents, for example, it is mandatory. And without this check and the new “Verified” prefix, you simply won't be able to create a topic. Procedure: I create a topic, for example, printing documents. The administration temporarily hides this topic or assigns it the status, i.e. the red prefix: “Unverified”, with a request to contact the inspector. After successful verification, the administration changes the prefix to green: “Verified,” and the first message posted in the thread is a report on what exactly was verified and how well the service was provided. More details: This is awarded only for a specific topic. If the TS has other topics, he is required to undergo verification for them as well. Alternatively, he may not undergo verification if it is not necessary—here, it is at the discretion of the administration to decide what is necessary and what is not. This does not cancel my first offer with a deposit. If the topic is specific and requires a deposit, then so be it. The inspection is free of charge. Alternatively, if it is not financially beneficial for the vehicle owner, they may make a deposit determined by the administrator instead of undergoing the inspection. Example of a verified topic prefix: Example of a report on the topic of verification: Quote My third proposal. Creation of a unified database of sellers. This is a bit more complicated. I knew more than 7+ German-speaking forums, and I know more than 10+ English-speaking forums. There are sellers on every forum. Each seller has: Status: Seller, Verified Seller, User, Blocked User, and so on. But that's enough. Number of reviews in the thread. [Optional]: Deposit amount. This can be replaced with something else. You could create something like a shared database where users add their topics from a list of available forums. Procedure: The seller registers. Submits a request to add their topic to a specific forum, such as cstate.to. Selects a status on the forum, such as Premium Vendor, Moderator, or Verified Seller. Submits the application. The administration checks this application manually. And if everything matches what was stated, it approves the application. Thus, the user is added to the general database of sellers from all forums and resources included in this catalog. These may be friendly forums (unfortunately, I cannot send links because I do not know which forums are friendly and which are not), or simply similar forums with related topics—the dark market. Reward system: If a user has Verified status on more than 10 forums, they are awarded a star. If a user has been registered in the system for more than 1 year, they are given a star. If a user has completed more than 50 transactions through the cstate.to escrow, they are awarded a star. If a user has more than 100 reviews from all added forums, they are awarded a star. And so on! I think you get the idea. These stars affect the seller's overall rating among ALL sellers from ALL forums and resources. This is a single catalog where you can find sellers from all resources and check their status and forums from ALL FORUMS at once! What does a seller's profile look like in this catalog: In this catalog you can find: Forums, registration dates, statuses, and links to profiles for verification. Current seller contacts. Number of transactions through escrow. Total number of topics reviewed. Total number of reviews from all forums. The rating given for the stars mentioned earlier. Type of activity. For example: printing documents. This is every salesperson's real BUSINESS CARD! Main page of the general database of sellers: Here you can: It is convenient to sort sellers by filters and find the scene you are interested in. View the top of the tops. Other important information. Spoiler All of the methods described here are far from new. They have been used in the CIS region for a long time and are incredibly valuable for sellers. They also provide additional income for resource administrators. Of course 3 Quote

What is necessary is to tell every customer to take a photo of the purchased product after delivery and describe it in detail as feedback... as for the security deposit, I think that this forum is not for children like the others, the advantage is that it is updated on a daily basis and that as proof they require photos with the date, the name of the forum and the name of the seller, which in itself is sufficient proof that the product being sold corresponds to the description. 1 Quote https://cstate.to/topic/8188-kokain-review-für-mai/ https://cstate.to/topic/7801-kokain-april-angebote/ https://cstate.to/topic/7349-kokain-angebot-märz/ Kokain- Beste Angebote DEZEMBER - Offtopic - CrimeState Top Cocaine angebot OKTOBER - Offtopic - CrimeState TOP Cocaine angebot für September - Offtopic - CrimeState

Yes, I understand. Reviews are an integral part of every seller's business. But in my experience, only about 1 in 10 or even 20 people actually write reviews. At least in my niche. A deposit is good because it saves you from having to work with a guarantor, because even if you have enough reviews, people will still want to work with a guarantor. But when they see that you have a deposit on the forum, they are more willing to cooperate because they understand that they are safe, because deposit = guarantor = safety. But that's not all. A deposit is not only about safety, but also about reputation and a serious attitude towards your business. Having a deposit on the forum makes you stand out from your competitors, as a result of which, according to statistics, you receive 30% more orders than others, which means you earn more. a. Less fraud on the part of sellers. b. More customers. c. More security for the buyer. d. More reputation for both the seller and the forum. Of course, this does not cancel out the guarantor in any way! I am always in favour of working through a guarantor and making a name for myself through them. But it is much easier to work this way, especially if your niche is not associated with large sums of money. 1 Quote
